securely via Stripe, ensuring that Aviox Tech Solutions does not store

our London headquarters and throughout our global data center network. Data is
retained only for the duration necessary to provide active services, manage
corporate accounts, or satisfy legal statutes of limitations, after which it is
securely purged.

of your personally identifiable information. We only share information with
trusted third-party sub-processors, such as infrastructure partners and payment

we do. We will only disclose data to law enforcement when presented with a
valid, legally binding warrant from a jurisdiction with direct authority over
Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd, specifically the United Kingdom.

Technical Support and expert monitoring through our dedicated Support CRM and
Knowledge Base. Support data, including server logs and communication
transcripts, is processed solely to resolve technical issues, perform custom

standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, while
