  • Aviox Cloud (avioxcloud.com) is owned and operated by Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd, a premier technology firm registered in the United Kingdom. By engaging with our infrastructure, purchasing our digital products, or utilizing any cloud-based resources, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Master Service Agreement. These terms are engineered to align with global industry-standard hosting protocols, domain reseller regulations, data center operational best practices, and applicable international laws to ensure a secure and high-performance environment for all clients.
  • 1. Account Authority and Governance of Usage
  • Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd maintains absolute administrative authority over all accounts and infrastructure hosted within our ecosystem. We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, service, or support access at our sole discretion if a user's behavior is deemed detrimental to the network's health. This authority extends to the denial of access for users who misuse our professional support channels, including the submission of excessive, redundant, or abusive support tickets, emails, or live chat communications. All users are contractually obligated to enforce compliance with industry-standard reseller hosting and domain registration policies within their own sub-accounts. Users bear the full burden of responsibility for the ethical and lawful utilization of all services provided, and any misuse, abusive behavior toward staff, or illegal activity will result in immediate service termination without any eligibility for a refund.
  • 2. Comprehensive Hosting and Infrastructure Services
  • Aviox Cloud delivers a full-scale, enterprise-ready hosting environment designed to support high-traffic applications and complex workloads. Our Servers and Storage tier includes Dedicated Servers and Virtual Private Servers (VPS) which are available in both fully managed and unmanaged configurations. These units feature configurable CPU cores, high-capacity DDR4 or DDR5 RAM, and high-speed NVMe, SSD, or HDD storage arrays with scalable bandwidth options to meet shifting traffic demands. We support a wide array of Operating Systems, including various Linux distributions, Windows Server editions, Docker container environments, and the ability to mount custom OS images for specialized requirements. Our High-Performance Server segment utilizes LiteSpeed Enterprise, OpenLiteSpeed, and LSCache for ultra-fast web delivery, alongside Plex and other performance-optimized stacks. Storage Solutions are tiered to offer NVMe and SSD options for applications requiring low-latency performance, while cloud-based object storage is available for managing massive, unstructured datasets.
  • In the realm of Control Panels and Software, Aviox Cloud provides fully licensed environments for WHM/cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin, as well as proprietary or custom control panel integrations. We support a vast library of CMS platforms and automation tools through Softaculous, alongside specialized modules like CloudLinux and Docker. Our security suite includes integrated third-party SSL certificates, advanced web firewalls, malware protection, ModSecurity, and other enterprise-grade security modules. Regarding Networking and IP Management, we provide dedicated and static IP addresses, enterprise-level DDoS protection, and high-speed networking paths with real-time bandwidth monitoring to ensure fair usage and optimal performance across our 12 global data center locations. Domain and Reseller Services are managed in strict accordance with ICANN regulations and standard reseller policies to ensure seamless registration and transfer processes.
  • 3. Technical Configuration and Architectural Customization
  • Aviox Cloud provides comprehensive server-level configurations for critical software components including PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, Apache, Nginx, and DNS. We allow for advanced customization of system firewalls and other specialized server software to meet specific deployment needs. While we permit the installation of third-party plugins, applications, and custom scripts, such installations are only authorized if they do not compromise the overarching server security, node stability, or the performance of other users sharing the same hardware. Clients are explicitly informed that they maintain primary responsibility for their own data backups. While Aviox Cloud maintains automated system-level backups as a non-guaranteed courtesy for disaster recovery purposes, the company is not legally or financially liable for data loss, corruption, or the inability to restore specific user-level files.
  • 4. Professional Technical Support Framework
  • Our technical support architecture is strictly Ticket-Based to ensure that all requests are documented, tracked, and handled by the appropriate engineering department. Standard support is provided via our Support CRM, and while we strive for rapid resolution, response times may vary based on ticket volume and technical complexity. Aviox Cloud does not provide guaranteed emergency, phone-based, or real-time LiveChat support as part of standard hosting plans. The scope of our support is limited strictly to server-level infrastructure and hardware issues. Webmaster and Coding Assistance, which includes debugging application-level code, CMS core installations, or website-specific troubleshooting, are not included in the standard service fee. Advanced software installations or complex server configuration requests that fall outside the standard scope are available through our Paid Customization tier for additional professional service fees.
  • 5. Explicitly Prohibited Activities and Content
  • Aviox Cloud enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding the hosting of illegal, offensive, or malicious content. This includes, but is not limited to, child exploitation material, malware distribution, phishing portals, and hacking scripts. We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for Spam, bulk mailing, or unsolicited marketing campaigns that violate international anti-spam laws. Resource abuse is also forbidden, including the disproportionate consumption of CPU, RAM, or bandwidth, or the excessive use of cron jobs that negatively impacts hypervisor performance. Unauthorized access attempts, the deployment of proxy servers, IRC bots, or any malicious software designed to disrupt other networks are grounds for immediate expulsion. Any violation of copyright, intellectual property rights, or applicable local and international laws will result in the immediate suspension or termination of all services without notice or refund.
  • 6. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property
  • All software, licenses, proprietary scripts, and specialized plugins provided by Aviox Cloud remain the exclusive property of Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd or its authorized third-party licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use these tools for the duration of their service but may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or claim ownership of any Aviox Cloud property. While users retain full ownership of the original content and data they upload to our servers, Aviox Cloud reserves the legal right to remove any content that is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law.
  • 7. Global Payment and Refund Integrity
  • Aviox Cloud operates a strict billing policy where all payments, deposits, and service renewals are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for service interruptions that are caused by policy violations, user-side misconfigurations, or the termination of an account for prohibited activities. The initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute after a service has been provisioned is considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate account termination, the forfeiture of all hosted data, and the permanent ban of the user from our network. We reserve the right to revoke promotional credits, coupons, or free account balances if we detect any form of system abuse or fraudulent behavior.
  • 8. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Responsibility
  • All users must ensure that their digital activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection and privacy regulations. Our services are operated in accordance with industry-standard reseller hosting and domain registration policies to ensure fair and lawful usage for all tenants. Services may not be utilized for any illegal, malicious, or prohibited activities that could bring legal liability or reputational harm to Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd.
  • 9. Security Architecture and Account Responsibility
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and API keys. Aviox Cloud is not liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or financial loss resulting from compromised user credentials or the failure to implement multi-factor authentication where available. All activity occurring under a user account, regardless of whether it was authorized by the account holder, is the legal responsibility of the account holder.
  • 10. Direct Termination Protocols
  • Aviox Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without prior notice in the event of policy violations, illegal activity, or a breach of industry-standard hosting and domain reseller rules. Termination may also occur if a user’s account poses a security risk to the broader infrastructure. In such cases, termination occurs without any obligation for a refund of prepaid fees, and all access to hosted data may be permanently revoked.
  • 11. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
  • All services provided by Aviox Cloud are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We offer no warranties, express or implied, regarding the compatibility, uptime, or performance of our infrastructure with third-party plugins or external software. Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service during the one month preceding the claim.
