When you register a domain name with Aviox Cloud, you enter into an agreement with us as an ICANN-accredited registrar. This grants you rights over your domain while also assigning specific responsibilities to ensure a safe, reliable, and compliant domain ecosystem.
This document outlines your key rights, obligations, and the processes we follow to protect your domain and your data.
You are the legal holder of your registered domain name for the duration of your registration period.
You have the right to use your domain for lawful purposes, including hosting websites, emails, and other online services.
You may choose privacy or proxy registration services to protect your personal information in public Whois data.
You have the right to review, update, and correct your WHOIS information at any time.
You may request bulk access to your own domain data, subject to security and policy restrictions.
You may transfer your domain to another registrar, following ICANN and registry rules.
You will receive clear notices about renewal deadlines, fees, and deletion policies, including the Redemption Grace Period.
You have the right to restore a domain affected by disputes or deletion as per ICANN policies.
Your personal data will only be used as stated in our data processing and privacy notices.
You may request information on who has access to your data and how it is used.
Aviox Cloud ensures your data is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access or misuse.
Provide complete and accurate contact details, including name, postal address, email, and phone number.
Promptly update any changes to your information during your domain registration period.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in domain suspension or cancellation.
Use your domain and related services only for legal and ethical purposes.
Do not infringe on the rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.
In case of disputes, you agree to cooperate with ICANN, Aviox Cloud, or legal authorities as required.
Respond to Aviox Cloud inquiries regarding domain verification within 15 days.
Confirm consent for any third-party or proxy registrations and ensure they comply with our policies.
You are responsible for actions taken by any third party using your domain.
You must indemnify Aviox Cloud and associated parties against claims arising from domain misuse.
Aviox Cloud commits to:
Maintaining transparent domain registration, renewal, and deletion policies.
Updating Whois data promptly after receiving your changes.
Providing timely notices about expiration, billing, and policy updates.
Ensuring secure handling of personal and domain data, including escrow requirements.
Supporting transfers, dispute resolution, and compliance with ICANN policies.
Aviox Cloud will verify your contact information during registration and periodically thereafter.
For domains registered via resellers, Aviox Cloud ensures that resellers follow the same rules and disclose their relationship with you.
Resellers are required to escrow your data or inform you if privacy/proxy data is not included.
You may be subject to mandatory administrative proceedings under ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) if your domain is challenged.
You agree that Aviox Cloud may place domains in LOCK or HOLD status during disputes.
Your registration may be suspended, cancelled, or transferred to resolve conflicts as per ICANN and registry procedures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aviox Cloud, its employees, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from your domain use.
This includes legal costs, third-party claims, or disputes related to your domain registration, usage, or content.
Aviox Cloud may update this document at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
